HKStarHarbour Group Unveils Floral-Arranging Robot at the Global Developers Pioneer Conference, Showcasing the Future of Embodied Intelligence with Ingenious “Dexterous Hands”

On December 13, the Global Developer Pioneers Conference and the International Embodied Intelligence Skills Competition grandly opened at Zhangjiang Science Hall in Pudong. Xinggang Group participated in the event with its Xingling V3 robot, showcasing its capabilities in the flower-arranging application scenario.

Reportedly, this conference pioneered an “Embodied Intelligence Skills Competition,” featuring multiple competition tracks designed around real-world application scenarios. The Embodied Intelligence Division of Xinggang Group entered the contest with its “Robotic Flower Arrangement” project, demonstrating commendable technical proficiency within a domestic service context. Faced with floral materials and vases of diverse shapes and textures, the Xingling V3 robotic system elegantly executed the entire sequence of operations—including recognition, grasping, trimming, and compositional arrangement—leveraging a deeply integrated technological stack that combined natural language interaction, precise visual perception, and adaptive actuation. “This was far more than a mere demonstration; it constituted a public validation of the robot’s fine manipulation skills and its capacity to comprehend complex physical environments,” stated Product Manager Miao Dongdong. “It vividly illustrated how embodied intelligence endows machines with dexterous hands capable of perceiving and reshaping the physical world.”

“The core value of this floral arrangement demonstration extends well beyond the confines of the competition brief,” remarked Project Lead Liu Yifan. “Built upon a multimodal AI-driven perception framework, our solution employs high-precision localization and decision-making algorithms that directly address pervasive pain points across both consumer and industrial domains: inefficient sorting of non-standardized items in logistics and warehousing; the stringent accuracy and adaptability required for object delivery in healthcare settings; and the intricate, labor-intensive nature of household organization tasks awaiting intelligent automation. By endowing robots with profound environmental awareness and agile manipulation capabilities, Xinggang’s approach aims to bridge the critical ‘last centimeter’ gap between perception and execution, thereby delivering efficient, reliable, and scalable automation solutions tailored to these real-world challenges—and ultimately facilitating the transition of intelligent technologies from laboratory prototypes into widespread practical deployment.”

It was also reported that during the conference, Shanghai unveiled its “Top Ten Application Scenarios for Embodied Intelligence” and officially established the Humanoid Robotics Pilot Alliance. This landmark event served not only as a competitive arena for cutting-edge technologies but also as a pivotal milestone in the evolution of artificial intelligence—from virtual abstractions toward physical embodiment, and from algorithmic theory toward tangible application. Under the dual impetus of policy support and industrial momentum, Shanghai is actively forging itself into a global hub for AI innovation. In this context, Xinggang Group, as a proactive explorer in the field of embodied intelligence, left a distinctive and impressive mark on the competition stage.

Through participation in this prestigious gathering, members of Xinggang’s Embodied Intelligence Division not only refined their technical competencies and reinforced their strategic development trajectory but also engaged in in-depth exchanges with the world’s leading developers and industry partners. These interactions enabled them to benchmark their strengths and weaknesses against global peers, thereby accumulating invaluable experience to further advance the integration of AI with everyday life scenarios.
